Little Shop of horrors synopsis

Seymour Krelborn is a poor, geeky young man who works in Mushnik's Flower shop on Skid Row. The shop is in a rundown street and rarely has customers. Seymour is in love with Audrey who also works at the flower shop, but she already has a boyfriend - a sleazy cruel dentist named Orin Scrivello. During a total eclipse of the sun, Seymour has found a bizarre plant that he names "Audrey 2". The Strange plant is placed in the shop window and immediately attracts business but, when trying to work out how to nurture it, Seymour secretly discovers that it only eats human blood.

As the plant grows, business in the plant shop picks-up and Seymour becomes famous. He is forced to keep the plant alive by feeding it drops of his own blood. in time the plant is big enough and mature enough to speak, move and sing. "Audrey 2" persuades Seymour to kill in order to feed it more human blood. The Plant bribes Seymour by offering him fame and money which will earn him the love of Audrey. However, it turns out that the plant isn't just hungry and mean - it came from outer space on a mission to take over the world!
